With ear loops and formable nose band for easy and comfortable fitting
(1) The mask has a white and a blue side. The white side should be facing in towards your face, and the metal nose band should be facing up. (2) Cover your mouth and nose with the mask according to the direction instructions above, and hang the ear loops around your ears. (3) Press the mask metal wire against the upper nasal root with two index fingers to form it to your face. Move your fingers to both sides gradually, so that the whole mask sits thightly agains your skin.

Den hvite siden skal vende inn mot ansiktet ditt, og metallnesebåndet skal vende opp. (2) Dekk munnen og nesen med masken i henhold til instruksjonene ovenfor, og heng ørestrikken rundt ørene. (3) Trykk maskens metalltråd mot den øvre delen av nesen med to pekefingre for å forme den til ansiktet ditt. Beveg fingrene til begge sider , slik at hele masken sitter tett mot huden din.
(1) Masken har en vit och en blå sida. Den vita sidan ska vända mot ansiktet, och metallbandet uppåt. (2) Täck munnen och näsan med masken enligt anvisningarna ovan och hänga öronbandet runt öronen. (3) Tryck maskets metalltråd mot den övre delen av näsan med två pekfingrar för att forma den mot ansiktet. Flytta fingrarna till båda sidor så att hela masken sitter nära huden.
